NUEVA ANDALUCÍA
The bowl of land directly inland from Puerto Banús, running north from the coast road up towards the Ronda road. Locally it is the Golf Valley.
Three courses sit in the valley floor and the housing arranges itself around them: Las Brisas, Los Naranjos and Aloha. Inside it are named sub-areas that market themselves separately, La Cerquilla and Haza del Conde among them, so an address here can be sold as four different places depending on the brochure. Villas on golf-facing plots at the top of the market, apartment and townhouse complexes lower down, and the Saturday market and bullring at the southern end near the port.
