The eastern end of Marbella municipality, roughly twelve kilometres from town, before the Mijas boundary.
The most self-sufficient of the eastern areas: supermarkets, schools and a golf course inside it, so it functions year-round rather than as a season address. Villas on the hillside behind, apartments and beach clubs on the shore, and Cerrado de Elviria gated at the top. The entry price into the €3M bracket here is among the lowest anywhere in the municipality, which is what the numbers below show.
Counted here with its sub-areas: Cerrado de Elviria

Counted from 16 distinct homes asking €3,000,000 or more, deduplicated across the agencies listing them, 3 of which are on the market with more than one firm at once. 9 of the 16 come from a source that dates its listings individually; the rest publish one timestamp for the whole catalogue, so their prices are current but their edit dates are not evidence. Every figure is the agency's own asking price, linked above.
Numbers from the linked sources, dated as marked. Asking is not getting, for what sellers actually achieve, the catalogue keeps receipts.
