The eastern end of Marbella municipality, roughly twelve kilometres from town, before the Mijas boundary.
The most self-sufficient of the eastern areas: supermarkets, schools and a golf course inside it, so it functions year-round rather than as a season address. Villas on the hillside behind, apartments and beach clubs on the shore, and Cerrado de Elviria gated at the top. The entry price into the €3M bracket here is among the lowest anywhere in the municipality, which is what the numbers below show.
